Seraphinite ~ From the Wings of An Angel?
The heavenly beads in this seraphinite bracelet look like crushed green velvet. Soft, enveloping and deliciously creased. Beautiful, multihued and cool to the touch. Seraphinite, mined from a small area of eastern Siberia, is named for its resemblance to feathers. Or, perhaps, for its angelic appeal. Soft on the wrist, with the strength of any stone, this bracelet is sure to please. The slight variegation in color throughout theses seraphinite beads would make this an interesting focal piece for any outfit.
I wire wrapped 6 cm seraphinite beads using solid silver wire to create this bracelet. A simple solid sterling silver toggle fastener was also wire wrapped to ensure strength and endurance.
