Gift Packaging

Your purchase will arrive in a decorative, cotton filled box, tied up with matching ribbons. A pair of rubber ear backs will be included with each pair of earrings to prevent earrings loss. A Pro-Polish square is included, as a thank you gift, to keep your jewelry looking like new. All jewelry will ship in a bubble envelope to guard against damage during transit.

Your purchase will be shipped via Canada Post Parcel Services:

Domestic: 2 - 9 business days

US: 4 - 10 business days

International: 10 - 15 business days

Shipping includes packaging and postage. Message me for any shipping requirements that may be out of the ordinary. Please ensure your address is correct so your purchase arrives at your home safe and sound.

Returns

Kindly contact me to discuss your situation before putting any returning item/s in the mail. All items must be returned within seven (7) business days for refund or exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please obtain a tracking number for your return to ensure delivery. Please ensure return is sent in the same condition in which it was received. A refund will be issued once your returned item has been received. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
