Rhodochrosite ~ Sometimes Called Inca Rose

The stones in this Rhodochrosite and silver bracelet are a really lovely and variegated shade of pink.  Add a little white and you have a collection of beautifully feminine rhodochrosite beads.  Smooth and cool to the touch, they lay gently on the wrist. The term ‘Inca Rose’ or ‘Rosa del Inca’ indicates how long these gemstones have been a fashionable part of civilization.

I wire wrapped rhodochrosite beads with sterling silver wire to create this bracelet.  A simple toggle clasp was wire wrapped to ensure strength and endurance.
